SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal scent preference. Please read the scent descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@notacan.art
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:
- clear photos of the damaged item
- photos of the shipping box and all packaging materials.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order, please:
- Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark items delivered early).
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.
- File a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Incorrect Shipping Address
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We do not offer refunds for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
